I built a platform for tenants to review landlords on a 5-point scale along three metrics (organization, communication, and ability to resolve tenant issues). The inspiration for this website is RateMyProfessors.com, and I thought that a similar platform would be incredibly helpful for people looking to assess the quality of their landlord before signing a lease.

This website is built with Ruby on Rails. Although this website is weighted more heavily on the front end, Rails handles all the routing and architecture.
